 Zayo Group President and CEO, [Dan Caruso](http://www.zayo.com/leadership-team) will speak at the [COMPTEL *PLUS* Spring 2012 Convention & EXPO](http://www.comptelplus.org/) taking place on April 15-18 at the Marriott Marquis in San Francisco.

Dan will speak on the “Navigating the Capital Markets: Calm Seas or Choppy Waters?” panel held on Tuesday, April 17th at 9:00am. The session will analyze the telecom industry’s current state of lending, as well as discuss the M&A activity within the marketplace. Panelists will also share their predictions for future telecom financial trends.

COMPTEL *PLUS* Convention & EXPO is a networking event for innovative communications companies and their supplier partners. With over 210 exhibitors and more than 4,300 attendees, the conference provides an opportunity to discuss industry trends and conduct business.
