Zayo CEO Named Finalist in Denver Business Journal’s Power Book Award

Zayo’s CEO and President, Dan Caruso has been recognized by the Denver Business Journal (DBJ) as a finalist for their Power Book award. This award recognized the top CEOs in Colorado in a variety of categories, including Tech and Telecom, which Dan is nominated for.

With four acquisitions in 2012, along with organic growth, Zayo’s network has grown to 68,500 route miles and, on a pro-forma basis giving effect to its recent acquisitions, has grown to nearly $1B in Revenue.

Zayo has a strong regional presence, with 25% of Zayo’s 1,200 employees working in Colorado. The DBJ describes the Power Book as “an exclusive look at business leaders in 14 industry categories who made news in the last year or who, in the DBJ’s editorial department’s judgment, otherwise deserve recognition for their most recent business accomplishments.”
