With the help of Transbeam, The Girl Scouts Council was able to install the latest technology to field the inbound calls received during their busiest time of their year; also known as “cookie time”. The Girl Scouts of Greater NY employees were trained on Transbeam’s Hosted PBX remote capabilities, allowing employees and volunteers to use the system remotely, placing and receiving calls anywhere with a working Internet connection.
