Recently on [JSA TV](http://www.jsa.net/jsatv.php), we interviewed Mike Matone, Head of Products at [BCS Global Networks](http://www.bcsglobal.com/). He details an all-encompassing video conference service called [Virtual Presence](http://www.bcsglobal.com/services_virtual.html), which offers a complete video conferencing user experience. This easy-to-use service surpasses all requirements for video conferencing, from the deployment infrastructure availability to a help desk available 24/7.

This video conferencing service allows access from any electronic device in any location at any time. The extensive monitoring services ensure updates specific to your company by compiling a readily-available full-endpoint directory.
