Colorado’s technology scene is thriving. That’s what the Colorado Technology Association (CTA) is intent to feature later this month at its 8^th annual DEMOgala, an annual technology conference showcasing the tremendous innovation percolating inside the state. ViaWest is a presenting sponsor of DEMOgala, which takes place later this month on October 24-25 in Denver.

The event will feature a combination of educational sessions, exhibits and on-stage demonstrations. Speakers will include Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper and Michael Bennet, U.S. Senator for Colorado. Jason Carolan, CTO for ViaWest will also lead a panel discussion titled NextGen Cloud, focused on cloud challenges and future-proofing cloud solutions.

DEMOgala 2012’s full-day program follows directly on the heels of the annual Apex Awards, to be held the evening of October 24. In its 12^th year, the Apex Awards competition honors and recognizes Colorado’s technology excellence and innovation.
