Okay, okay, enough with the play on words. ViaWest announces today that OptimalPath, a leading provider of cloud-based communications software, has chosen ViaWest to support its critical network infrastructure and high density power requirements. Based in Ft. Worth, Texas, OptimalPath is a leader in operations on demand, delivering a full suite of communications management applications to service providers, carriers and enterprises. As the company opted to move from its previous provider to ViaWest, it was key to have a strong technology partner ready to provide colocation space, reliable power and cooling. ViaWest was able to meet those requirements within a tight timeframe to ensure OptimalPath was up and running within just a few weeks. The company now houses its IT infrastructure in one of ViaWest’s seven data centers in the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex. Adams, President, at OptimalPath. “They understood our power and infrastructure requirements and designed a solution that was a perfect fit for our operational and business requirements. Our partnership with ViaWest will allow OptimalPath to maintain our reputation as a pioneer in the communications cloudware market, increase our competitive position, as well as reduce time from customer order, to turn up.” “ViaWest is proud to welcome OptimalPath,” says Tom Myers, ViaWest Regional Vice President and General Manager of the Texas region. “We take pride in meeting demanding timelines and providing the solutions meeting exact specifications of the customer. We look forward to a long-term strategic partnership with OptimalPath to support their data center strategy into the future.” To learn more about ViaWest’s data center and operational strategies for creating compliant and flexible solutions, please visit [www.viawest.com](http://www.viawest.com).
