ViaWest announces its leadership and participation in the 3rd Annual Oregon National Guard Event, to be held on Flag Day, June 14th at the Portland Air National Guard Base. This meaningful event will pay tribute to the United States Military heroes who have faithfully served around the world.
In addition to saluting fallen U.S. heroes and honoring those who have served, this 3rd Annual event also recognizes top employers in the region that support U.S. Veterans. The event will also highlight the opening of the Oregon Military Museum, which will honor all former, current and future Oregon Military Veterans. Led in part by Jim Linkous of ViaWest, the steering committee for the new $6.5 million museum seeks to commemorate Oregon’s military heritage and raise funds for veterans across all military branches.
