Vertix Consulting announces the release of its new white paper, “Identifying and Minimizing Network Deployment Challenges,” free for download on the company’s website. The paper, featuring expert analysis and viewpoints on network deployment challenges and mitigation, coincides with the publication of Vertix’s network deployment case study and recent video Q&A with Vertix Managing Partner, Greg Weiner.
The paper touches on a variety of topics linked to network deployments, including defining and understanding business objectives, defining and promoting vendor partnerships and providing deployment and governance structure.
“Executing large-scale deployments across variable and complex environments will never be completely free of issues,” states Tony Mistretta, Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Vertix Consulting. “The moving parts that need to be streamlined, coordinated and integrated are massive and intricate – from technology, geography and competitive landscape, to the OEMs, LECS, construction companies, corporate cultures, tools, and workforce talent. Carriers, however, should do a better job of capitalizing on lessons learned to minimize the impact of the ever-changing nature of deployments.”
