Jaymie Scotto Cutaia recently sat down with Jeff Compton, CEO & President of TNCI to discuss their recent acquisition news on JSA TV. TNCI has acquired UniPoint Holdings (UPH) Family Companies, which include: Pac-West Telecom, Inc, PointOne, Tex-Links, nWire, as well as other network assets within that group.
Jeff speaks about the benefits this acquisition will provide for existing TNCI customers, which include more stability, more robust products and services- such as premier virtual PX platform for retailers, datacenter and colocation facility in California, and new wholesale customers base in 9 western states. He continues to talk about the combined network advantages, such as having access to PAC-West, a premier network out west that touches almost every wire center in 9 western states.
What is in TNCI's future? Well, Jeff states TNCI's strategy to be a national facilities based CLEC and potential east coast and mid-west network targets.
