TNCI Adds Telecom Veteran Victor Flores as VP, Network Operations

Victor Flores - VP, Network Operations, TNCITNCI Operating Company LLC continues to strengthen its leadership team with the addition of Victor Flores as the new VP, Network Operations. Earlier this year, TNCI brought Bill Farwell on as its CFO and in Q4 2013 TNCI named Dr. Blaine Gilles as the SVP of Network Services.

Flores has more than 20 years of experience in engineering and operating telephone networks for both ILECs and CLECs. Flores began his career in the United States Air Force, where he developed the skills that would serve as a foundation for a career in network operations. After serving in the Air Force, he spent 27 years at Pacific Bell/SBC Communications under multiple roles. In 1998, he accepted the Director of Engineering position at First World Communications, where his principal responsibility was to design network and central office circuit and fiber facilities. A year later, Flores accepted the Engineering and Network Operations role with Telscape Communications/Sage Telecomm. He spent 15 years with Telscape Communications/Sage Telecomm and eventually was named VP Network Operations and was responsible for managing network operations, network engineering, field technicians, service order provisioning and the repair department.

Flores will be responsible for the overall operations and planning of the TNCI network. He will also oversee the TNCI IT Department, as most of ITs infrastructure, scope and responsibilities are closely intertwined with network operations.
