Three Things you Need to Know about the Telecom Exchange Press Room

Telecom Exchange is taking place on June 29th, 2011 at Cipriani Wall Street, NYC and is a place to distribute your latest news and announcements to your targeted audience. We provide our attendees several avenues to voice their latest news.

ONE: If you are a registered attendee of Telecom Exchange, submit your news leading up to the event by emailing info@thetelecomexchange.com. We will post all relevant press releases on our News page and allow you to display copies of these announcements in our Press Room during the length of the event.

TWO: Save your most compelling news for June 29. If you would like to announce your latest and greatest announcement at our event, please let us know. We are selecting the top 6 most exciting news to be announced in our Press Room, from 12:30 - 1:30 PM in a separate room off the balcony. Selected companies will have a representative present the news (3 slides maximum) to the attending industry journalists, analysts and industry peers. Email us with your news ideas (including the key points of your announcement, your speaker's name, title and preferably headshot) before May 15 to be considered.

THREE: Plan one-on-one meetings with attending journalists and analysts through our Telecom Exchange DealCenter. All meetings confirmed through this online meeting planner will be held on the balcony of Cipriani Wall Street throughout the event. Confirm your meetings sooner than later, as meeting space is limited.

MEMBERS OF THE PRESS: If you are a journalist or analyst and would like to attend the Telecom Exchange Press Room, please email info@thetelecomeexchange.com. We look forward to your participation.
