Manhattan VP/GM Robert Bianco will present on changes in the commercial tenant landscape
More than 3,000 people will gather next week at the 4th Annual New York City Real Estate Expo (NYCREE). Taking place on Thursday, October 18 at Columbia University’s Alfred Lerner Hall, NYCREE is one of New York’s only full-scale, real estate expositions geared exclusively towards commercial real estate industry professionals. tw telecom’s Manhattan Vice President and General Manager, Robert Bianco will speak at the event in a presentation at 11 am titled, “NYC’s Changing Commercial Tenant Landscape and Growing Bandwidth Needs.”
“Silicon Alley,” an area roughly between 30th and Canal Streets, describes the mass of Internet, new media, and other technology companies that are established and emerging in New York City. In his presentation, Mr. Bianco will share his thoughts from a telecommunications perspective on this trend and the effects it will play in the future commercial real estate market.
