That's a Wrap for TEX NYC 2018 - Now It's Time To Bring the Industry Forward

TEX NYC 2018 might be in the books, but the real work starts now. 

We are still feeling the post-TEX #TEXcitement. As you know, after seven successful years, we rebranded our signature Telecom Exchange (TEX) networking event to focus on how we can bring the industry forward. This time last year, we sat down to brainstorm on how we can elevate TEX to bring something truly unique that the industry didn't know it needed. That is when we created TEX 2.0, the C-level networking event that provides unparalleled collaboration, education and one-on-one engagement with the industry’s top thought leaders.

With over 150 registered decision makers and thought leaders, we were able to fill the room with the highest quality collaborators as we work toward setting the agenda for the next twelve months ahead in the tech and telecom ecosystem. Thank you to all those that took part in the debut of TEX 2.0. The new format has people still buzzing, which proves we found something the industry needed. The biggest change with the new format are the CEO Roundtables. TEX 2.0 is designed to not only drive the right audience, but the right collaborative conversations, so the end result is a list of agreed-upon, accountable action items, for, of and by the industry decision makers, clearly documenting next steps. What good is talking about what needs to change, if we aren't willing to be part of the change?

Based on our interactive CEO Roundtable discussions, we have created manifestos we are sharing with the industry. These manifestos are the top 3-5 actionable items that we can do together, to move the needle forward, in the next 12 months. Our topics include: network security, infrastructure builds, the necessary next-steps for supporting 5G, IoT, smart cities, AI and more.

Not only did we have amazing roundtables, but we also had incredible executive-level networking opportunities throughout the entire event. From the Opening Reception and interactive ‘predictions’ lunch to the one-on-one meeting tables and meeting manager app and online portal, attendees had ample time and ways to create meaningful engagements.
