Telecom Exchange East Announces CEO Roundtable Participants

telecomexchange_logo-1Telecom Exchange (TEX) announces the CEO Roundtable participants and topics for JSA’s Telecom Exchange East 2014 taking place on June 25th at Cipriani Wall Street in New York City.  TEX is the premier industry networking event designed to increase delegates’ event ROI by offering face-to-face meetings in a neutral, exhibit hall environment.

This year’s Telecom Exchange will include four 1-hour CEO Roundtable sessions starting at 10 AM. The first CEO Roundtable topic will be “Software Defined Networks: The 411 on Where We are Heading,” moderated by Eric Hanselman, Chief Analyst at 451 Research. Participants for this panel include Hunter Newby, CEO of Allied Fiber, Tim Kiser, Owner and Founder of Colo Atl and Simon Dredge, Director of Technical Marketing at Metaswitch Networks.

The second CEO Roundtable entitled, “Content Delivery Networks and the Telecom Ecosystem” will be moderated by Robert Powell, Editor and Creator of Telecom Ramblings. Panelists for this session include Shawn Mills, President and Founder of Green House Data, Bjarni Thorvardarson, CEO of Hibernia Networks, Mark Staudinger, VP of Systems Architecture for New York Internet and Tony Rossabi, Senior VP, Service Provider Markets of Telx.

TEX’s afternoon of CEO Roundtables continues with the panel, “Modernizing Wall Street; the Pipes, the Speeds, the Mobile Wallets” moderated by Jim Cowie, Founder and CTO of Renesys. This panel includes Steven Francesco, CEO of Cohere Communications, Erick Contag, CEO of GlobeNet, Raul Martynek, CEO of Net Access, and Jay Lawrence, CEO of NexxCom Wireless.

The final panel of the day is entitled, “NYC as a Connectivity Hub for Technology,” and is moderated bMichael Morris, Executive Managing Director, Data Center Consulting Group for Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.
