[Tech Valley Communications](http://trk.cp20.com/Tracking/t.c?5u6q7-9nh6x-nttas62&_v=2) (TVC)’s CEO, [Kevin O’Connor](http://trk.cp20.com/Tracking/t.c?5u6q7-9nh6y-nttas63&_v=2) , and CNO, [James Capuano](http://trk.cp20.com/Tracking/t.c?5u6q7-9nh6z-nttas64&_v=2), will serve as panelists for [COMPTEL *PLUS* Fall 2013 Convention & EXPO](http://trk.cp20.com/Tracking/t.c?5u6q7-9nh70-nttas61&_v=2). The fall event takes place Monday, September 23 through Thursday, September 26 at the Gaylord Palms in Orlando, Florida.

<http://www.techvalleycom.com>Kevin O’Connor will participate in the panel, “*Show Me the Money: Exploring the Market for M&As and Financing for Growth*.” This session is scheduled for Wednesday, September 25, 2013 at 10 a.m. EST in Sun Ballroom C. During this session the speakers will discuss leveraging M&As for growth and exit strategies, trends in valuation, the current market for communications companies and factors to consider when selecting a financing arrangement.

<http://www.techvalleycom.com>James Capuano will take part in the panel, “*Broadband Deployment: Removing Barriers and Obstacles*.” This session is scheduled for Tuesday, September 24, 2013 at 2:30 p.m. EST in Sun Ballroom C and will discuss issues related to deploying networks and strategies for urban and rural markets.
