RCN Business to Showcase Growing Channel Program at Cloud Partners

RCN Business, a communications provider delivering network solutions for voice, data and video, is continuing to spread the word about its successful channel program. The company announces today its participation in Channel Partners’ Cloud Partners, set to take place Sept. 16 to 18 at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston. The event will focus on everything from how to sell, to integrating cloud into your business, to understanding customers’ needs and concerns around cloud services and more.

RCN Business is continuing to see its channel program grow, providing select national and regional telecom agents and systems integrators with the resources and support to sell RCN’s portfolio of IP-based data and voice communications services to enterprise and small- and medium-sized businesses (SMB’s). This program is available to agents in all RCN markets, including Boston, Chicago, Lehigh Valley (PA), New York City, Philadelphia and Washington, D.C.

RCN Business is also partnering with New England Fiber (NEF) to host the FiberLocator 2.0 Launch Party at Hard Rock Café Boston at Faneuil Hall – Cavern Room on Sept. 16. NEF created the FiberLocator tool as a comprehensive telecom, colocation and lit building database whose data can be accessed in single servings with a snapshot, in ongoing research with the online application, in customized report deliverables and also via application programming interface (API). NEF asks carriers to provide their fiber route/footprint information and authorize it. RCN Business is a part of the FiberLocator service.

Ten tickets to the RCN Business/NEF event will be given away during a drawing at the RCN Business booth (Booth #214). RCN Business will also be giving away golf putters at their booth during Cloud Partners.
