With more than 25 years’ experience in telecom sales and business development across Asia, Dr. Yam will head Optelian’s business development efforts in this region. A professional engineer with an M.B.A. and Ph.D., Dr. Yam has worked with telecommunications and IT networking companies, including ECI Telecom, Intel and PCCW/Hutchison CA, for more than 25 years.
