OPEN DATA CENTERS: Successful NJ Launch!

Open Data Centers opened its Piscataway NJ doors officially this week with a successful data center launch reception.   Guests, clients and partners were welcomed to the Grand Opening Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and an opening address from Erik Levitt, CEO of Open Data Centers.

As a carrier neutral data center, Open Data Centers’ Piscataway, NJ facility offers service providers, carriers and enterprises flexible colo options and easy access to low latency routes in the region.

“Our Piscataway data center is well positioned to be the premier carrier neutral facility south of New York City,” states Levitt. “In a market populated with high priced data center space and expensive cross connects, Open Data Centers offers affordable alternatives without compromising on the class of service.”

The facility has all of the necessary components for reliability and diversity including dual feeds from diverse power grids for fully redundant power. It also boasts top of the line, fully redundant electrical and mechanical systems at all levels, including generators, UPS and HVAC systems and N+1 redundancy throughout the entire infrastructure.
