### Maven Wave is on a roll on the award front! The Chicago-based cloud consulting firm and Google Premier Partner has announced three award wins in the past month:

- [One of “Chicago’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For®” for 5th straight year](https://www.mavenwave.com/news-events/maven-wave-named-one-of-chicagos-best-and-brightest-companies-to-work-for-2/) (just announced!)
- [Crain’s Fast 50 for 5th straight year](https://www.mavenwave.com/news-events/maven-wave-on-crains-fast-50-for-fifth-straight-year/)
- [One of the 2018 Best Workplaces™ in Chicago](https://www.mavenwave.com/news-events/maven-wave-named-one-of-the-2018-best-workplaces-in-chicago-by-great-place-to-work-and-fortune/)

For the latest award — the National Association for Business Resources’ (NABR) “Chicago’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For®” list — companies must distinguish themselves as having the most innovative and thoughtful human resources approach to earn a spot. An independent research firm evaluates each company’s entry based on key measures from compensation to engagement and retention to work-life balance.

“We take hiring and employee retention and development very seriously, as we know that our team is by far our greatest asset, and we’re very proud that NABR continues to recognize our commitment,” says Jeff Lee, Partner and Co-Founder of Maven Wave. “Our talent is unmistakably the beating heart in this rapidly growing company. We foster a culture of exceptionally strong individuals who push their learning limits every day while working on our clients’ most critical and advanced technology initiatives.”
