With an all-fiber network that enables redundancy and risk mitigation, supports automated trading systems and helps financial institutions to tackle Big Data to their advantage, Lightower Fiber Networks is attending FIA’s 30th annual Futures & Options Expo next week in Chicago to talk about what’s possible.

efficiency, growth and profitability. FIA’s Futures & Options Expo is the annual event where industry professionals gather to hear updates on the technology that helps them to solve business challenges and to better serve their customer base.
Lightower continues to aggressively expand its industry-leading, all-fiber network in key markets serving the financial services industry. In December of last year, Lightower announced a major investment in its network in the Chicago region. Lightower is currently constructing multiple new fiber rings throughout downtown Chicago and the surrounding communities of Oak Brook, Elk Grove and Franklin Park. This network expansion will make Lightower services available to hundreds of new commercial buildings and data centers throughout the area.
Over the past year, Lightower has also announced or completed network expansions in greater New York City, metro Washington D.C., Baltimore and Virginia, including the Ashburn area’s data center corridor.
The Lightower Network is securely connected to more than 40 financial exchanges, over 175 data centers, and more than 250 telco hotels and central offices across its footprint.
