With consolidation still widespread and new applications driving rapid changes in bandwidth demand, the North American telecommunications industry continues its dynamic path forward. Philip Olivero, Lightower’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO), will participate in Capacity North America 2013’s opening keynote panel titled, “Reshaping the North American Telco Landscape.” Based on his experience, Olivero will help to dissect the trends impacting the North American telecom industry, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), navigating a challenging financial climate and the strongest investment and technology strategies for wholesale carriers doing business on the continent.
