Light Reading and Jaymie Scotto & Associates Announce Telecom Week New York 2013

Jaymie Scotto & Associates, together with Light Reading, a research-led media company serving the global communications market, announce Telecom Week New York 2013, offering back-to-back industry events focusing on network education and direct business opportunities.

Light Reading kicks it off with its Backhaul Strategies for Mobile Operators on Tuesday, June 25 at the Marriott Marquis and on the following day, Wednesday, June 26, JSA’s Telecom Exchange East will be held at Cipriani Wall Street in Lower Manhattan.

By having two of the industry’s premier networking events held back-to-back in NYC, attendees can further increase ROI on their travel and event branding spend, making Manhattan a telecom destination for the end of June.

Light Reading’s next installment of its “Backhaul Strategies” series will track how operator attention is now focusing on the end-to-end optimization of packet services as a network and services move to all-IP architectures.  Dedicated sessions will examine how the rapidly evolving characteristics of cloud services and the changing nature of content and application delivery models impact the backhaul network.

Telecom Exchange is a bi-annual industry-networking event offering face-to-face meetings and a neutral, exhibit hall environment. Now in its third year, Telecom Exchange has become a meeting place for local, national and international telecom companies to connect and conduct business. Additionally, CEO Roundtables will explore the convergence of wireless and wireline solutions, the evolving M&A landscape, high-bandwidth content delivery and data center connectivity.
