In this interview, Jaymie and Isbelle chat about JSA’s roots, JSA services, challenges as a women entrepreneur and lastly JSA’ [Women’s Speaking Initiative](https://www.jsa.net/womens-speaking-initiative/) (WSI). WSI is a global call for women speakers in executive positions in the tech and telecom industry with the goal of placing more women in leadership roles in speaking positions within the industry event circuit leading is to more equal representation of women and men speaking on panels.
