IoT and the Edge: A Data Network Perspective from 365 Data Centers

IDC has estimated that there will be 30 billion connected “things” by 2020 and a $1.7 trillion revenue opportunity to suit. Ninety-eight percent of 700 enterprise decision-makers surveyed by 451 Research said they have Internet of Things (IoT) projects underway or in the pre-deployment phase.
