These reports are due each year on March 1 and September 1. Inteserra Consulting Group, a Florida-based consultancy firm specializing in the telecommunications, VoIP services, internet, and wireless MVNO industries, is proud to announce their support for clients in need of 477 Reporting services. Per FCC regulations, the following parties must file a 477 Report: - Facilities-based providers of broadband connections to end user locations - Providers of wired or fixed wireless local exchange telephone service - Providers of interconnected Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) service - Facilities-based providers of mobile telephony service The FCC’s Enforcement Bureau notes that failure of providers to file Form 477 may result in a minimum $3,000 fine.
