The agreement both strengthens Inteliquent’s coverage throughout Southern Africa and provides Vox access to Inteliquent’s [EtherCloud](http://www.inteliquent.com/ethernet/index.cfm)SM solution across the globe. ![](https://static.hsstatic.net/BlogImporterAssetsUI/ex/missing-image.png)Through the agreement, Vox Telecom has access to [Inteliquent’s EtherCloud](http://www.inteliquent.com/ethernet/EtherCloud-Main-Page.cfm) solution to extend its Global Ethernet reach by leveraging on Inteliquent’s over 130 points of presence (PoP) worldwide, significantly increasing the availability of Vox Telecom’s Layer 2 Ethernet services to locations currently off-net; particularly in Europe and North America. Moreover, [Inteliquent](http://www.inteliquent.com/) will leverage Vox Telecom’s comprehensive coverage in the Southern African region to fulfill growing demand for Ethernet in that market.  As a result, the agreement will expand both companies’ Ethernet services to high demand markets. “As a leading communications provider in the Southern African region, Vox Telecom continues to explore the best ways to fulfill our clients’ increasingly demanding network requirements.
