Eyesight Ophthalmic Services operates via a cloud-based medical records and imaging system, requiring its information to be kept secure and transmitted quickly in order to provide its doctors and providers with real-time information needed to treat its patients. Additionally, the medical provider has a large call center that answers calls for all three office locations, making it critical for the phone lines to be constantly available and operating without difficulty. > “Everyone touts service reliability, but through the years and in working with other Internet and data companies, we found that’s not always the case.
