This list consists of the top forty leaders in the telecom industry under forty years old.   Submissions came in from across the globe and the list was complied of those young industry thought leaders leading the way for telecommunication innovation today and into tomorrow.   A follow up to this initial list will be a special feature on each of these 40 individuals which will showcase their views on the main issues concerning the telecom industry throughout the course of the year.
