DataBank Acquires Indianapolis-based LightBound

Expands Data Center Opportunities and Value for Clients

With the acquisition of market leader, LightBound, DataBank expands its facilities to 17 data centers in nine US markets including Dallas, Minneapolis, Kansas City, Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Salt Lake City, Baltimore, Atlanta, and Indianapolis. The Indianapolis-based provider of colocation, Internet, voice, network and cloud services operates two enterprise-class data centers located in the downtown Indy Telecom Center.  LightBound will add 73,000 gross square feet of colocation space and 9.5MW of installed UPS power to the DataBank portfolio.
