Operational complexities increase as service providers implement NFV across networks. A singular view, such as that provided by CENX, simplifies those complexities with views of network inventory, service topology, faults, performance, and usage. This information is then correlated with KPIs to generate end-to-end performance monitoring. Verizon is one of the first global carriers to implement SDN and NFV, and is committed to maintaining high levels of service. CENX’s service assurance capabilities enable Verizon to manage the inherent complexities that come with virtualization while maintaining the company’s high standards for service delivery. By turning network big data into actionable intelligence, CENX enables service providers to reduce the time needed to operate and troubleshoot their networks, and supports the transition to NFV and SDN networks. CENX and Verizon are in agreement on many of the principles necessary for managing complex dynamic networks at scale. The two companies are jointly focusing on closed loop implementation strategies to help Verizon automate its network and service operations processes.
