BCS Global continues to build on its Unified Communications portfolio with the launch of SmartSpace, a new offering which reduces the complexity, time and costs involved in successfully deploying traditional A/V collaboration equipment and Telepresence systems in meeting rooms.
SmartSpace is a result of a partnership with the team at Ashton Bentley to design a solution to these challenges, as well as to simplify and enhance the whole collaboration user experience. SmartSpace is a unique range of advanced and stylish products, which are simple to install, operate, manage and maintain across the globe.
“Many customers have challenges with a standard collaboration footprint for meeting rooms and are looking for a simple collaboration solution in a box”, says Dan Tanel, BCS Global chief technology officer (CTO). “A standard form factor that can be drop shipped anywhere around the globe, eliminating the need to source a local A/V provider, streamlining logistics and allowing the procurement group to order a solution from a simple SKU card, is a requirement that continues to be present”.
