Avotus Set to Release Significant Call Accounting & Reporting Enhancements to BroadSoft Users

Avotus’ feature-rich usage management product (ICM UM 8.4) offers new levels of call accounting capability and reporting and is designed to integrate seamlessly with BroadSoft’s BroadWorks unified communications platform. Engineered to make the solution even more intuitive and valuable for BroadSoft users, the platform offers comprehensive and detailed call reporting capabilities that provide critical insight and transparency into the utilization of wireline, VoIP, and wireless assets.
