Specifically designed for VoIP service providers who utilize platforms such as BroadSoft, Metaswitch, and Avaya, the new product aims to improve and increase customer access to accounts via a mobile device. Notably, Rimhub is the first in the industry to offer a customizable mobility solution for VoIP service providers.  Through an easy online ordering process, available through [Rimhub’s website](http://www.rimhub.com/), service providers can customize and configure their own mobile apps, such as by selecting their platform, preferred colors and font, and other enhanced features that they wish to allow customers to manage from their mobile devices.
