Hylan Opens New Facility in Baltimore

Surely an exciting first half of the year for  Hylan, a market leading provider of specialized communications engineering and construction services! Following its recent announcement of expansion into Philadelphia, the company now announces today it has also expanded operations into the Baltimore area.  With a new facility located in Laurel, MD, Hylan continues to expand its services to new markets along the East Coast and throughout the US. The facility will be overseen and operated by Down Under Construction (DUC),  a Hylan company that was acquired early this year by Hylan.

DUC offers directional drilling, trenching, cable placement, engineering and permitting, and restoration services to support underground construction for communications and electrical infrastructure owned by fiber carriers, data center operators, and federal organizations.
