After meeting in 1999 and discussing the importance of core network connectivity within select properties, Netrality CEO Jerry Marshall and Hunter Newby, Joint Venture Partner, remained in touch over the years waiting for the right opportunity to merge their skill sets of real estate development and network operations. This opportunity came in the spring of 2012 with 325 Hudson. Since then, the partnership has acquired three additional properties: 401 North Broad Street in Philadelphia, 1102 Grand in Kansas City, and 717 South Wells in Chicago.
Netrality Properties offers: colocation cabinets, cages, and suites, as well interconnection and remote hands services. Netrality also offers wholesale data center and powered shell in select locations. Netrality’s mission is to provide a stable, long-term network neutral environment for its customers to operate and grow their network businesses. Netrality Properties offers customers a direct relationship with building ownership and the flexibility to offer the longest-term agreements available in the market, which is critical for core network nodes.
