Alteva Archive includes call recording, email and instant message archiving in secure, authenticating cloud storage. Alteva Archive allows for administrative-only access or both administrative and employee access. The entire Alteva Archive solution is in compliance with both the SEC and FINRA, and all data collected is admissible in court.
The improved call recording platform includes an upgraded user interface that incorporates an intuitive dashboard format. This dashboard summarizes information and performs annotation, which offers the ability to add electronic markers in recorded calls. It also provides auto-alerts and advanced search functionality.
Alteva Archive service differs from other common hosted call recording solutions based on its unique packet routing technology that determines the proper calls to be recorded. In addition to a further streamlined user interface and CRM integration, Alteva’s fully redundant platform and overall service architecture allows for flexible scaling and security.
