Oak[![Oak_Hill_Capital_logo](https://blog.jsa.net/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/Oak_Hill_Capital_logo-300x133.jpg?width=207&height=92&name=Oak_Hill_Capital_logo-300x133.jpg)](https://blog.jsa.net/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/Oak_Hill_Capital_logo.jpg) Hill acquired the company from private equity owner [Riverside Partners](http://www.riversidepartners.com/), which is also investing in the deal and will continue as a minority investor in FirstLight.
